When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items meet your expectations and are correct.
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to discuss.

Cancellations
Once your order has been submitted a request for cancellation will only be granted if your order has not yet been packaged ready for posting.
Please note there will be a 8% non-refundable cancellation fee to cover payment processing and / or restocking costs for all cancellations.
Playtime Threads treat refunds of any orders that did not arrive in your 'desired' postage timeframe as Change of Mind / Return of Unwanted Items. Australia Post processing and delivery times are out of our control - we highly recommend choosing the Express Postage method at checkout if you require your items within 1 month.
Change of Mind / Return of Unwanted Items.
Our "Change of Mind" return policy does not apply to goods which have been personalised, worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. Requesting a refund for an item purchased that doesn't fit is considered 'change of mind'. We endeavour to provide sizing and measurements where possible and in the case of this information not being provided, we request that you contact us before purchase for further clarification.
In the event that your 'Change of Mind' request is to 'swap' an outfit for another outfit - we ask that you purchase the new outfit you desire as soon as possible as we do not hold items. Additional postage is at your own expense too as we will not cover this cost to send out the new outfit. It is then your responsibility to arrange return of the unwanted outfit, also at your own expense, provided it is not worn or used and it is still in brand new condition, suitable for resale.
Actual colours of items may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. For this reason we do not return or exchange items if you are not happy with the colour (this is also considered 'change of mind')- if you require further clarification of a product colour please contact us before making a purchase.
Playtime Threads will not be responsible for return postage costs on change of mind purchases and a restock/handling fee of 8% will be charged to cover payment processing and /or restocking costs.
Original postage costs will not be refunded, only cost of goods.
Items you wish to refund MUST be received back to our address within 14 days of goods being marked as 'delivered' to you via Australia Post tracking.
Return of Faulty Items
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at www.facebook.com/playtimethreadsAU or email, sales@playtimethreads.com.au
INCORRECT DETAILS / NON-COLLECTION
If an order is returned to us due to the incorrect postal address being entered, or for any other fault made by the purchaser, re-delivery fees will need to be paid before we re-send the order. The original postage costs will not be refunded & the FULL amount of return postage costs will be at the buyers expense (this amount may be higher than the flat rate postage cost originally charged or in the event original purchase included free postage - re delivery postage cost will be charged on second attempt). If a refund is required, a 8% restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
In circumstances where the purchaser has entered the incorrect postal address and the parcel is not returned to us, a refund or replacement will not be issued.

All of our items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
For our New Zealand customers you will be able to view in NZD.
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately not, with other work commitments we are unable to find any time for custom orders! All items are ready made and ready to post and no alterations can be made to the items.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We post via Australia Post from Caloundra, Qld, 4551. Feel free to visit the Australia Post website for a more accurate estimate of delivery times to your postcode.
Mail is only dispatched on MONDAYS / WEDNESDAYS / FRIDAYS at 8am! Orders must be placed by 8pm night prior to next dispatch day. Excludes Public holidays.
Australia Wide:
We offer flat rate for regular postage with tracking - $9.95 (estimated 5 -10 business days* - slightly longer for remote locations / areas).
Express postage with tracking - $13.95 (estimated 2 - 5 business days* - slightly longer for remote locations).
FREE EXPRESS POSTAGE is offered Australia Wide for orders over $120.
New Zealand:
Standard international postage with tracking - $19.95 AUD (estimated 5 - 12 business days).

Should your products not have arrived, please contact us so we can look into tracking and the whereabouts of your parcel.
What if my products don't fit?
We understand that babies vary in size, as do clothing labels. If your item does not fit, we gladly offer a refund of the product cost (less postage paid and restocking fee of 8% - please refer to our page 'Refund Policy').
Postage for returning the product or sending an exchange product is at buyers expense.
Item being returned must be returned in original condition, fit for resale.
Due to the nature of custom orders, these cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I use more that 1 coupon code?
Unfortunately our website only accepts one coupon code per transaction.
